OSA Safeguarding Policy
OSA is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, across the complete range of our activities. We will do whatever it takes to ensure the safety of our children, trustees and volunteers.
We will seek to ensure that our policy and procedures comply with statutory duties, reflect current guidance and good practice in safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Safeguarding arrangements should be proportionate and based upon common sense.
We will ensure that processes are in place to check the suitability of our own trustees, volunteers and other partners so that the environment in which our children live is free from discrimination, bullying, harassment or abuse.
